This is getting to be a bit much. I mean, really? More snow? My students are going to have to repeat a grade if this keeps up.
But it does give me a chance to bake some bread. I got a pullman pan, which is kind of like a loaf pan with a slide on lid. I haven’t actually used it yet, but today I will. I’m making an Italian sandwich bread. I made it once before, without the required pan, and while it tasted wonderfully, it didn’t look so pretty.
Maybe I’ll remember to photograph the process, and post it here tomorrow.
